When you send a journey enquiry, Wild Lens Travel receives the contact details, travel preferences and notes you choose to share. We use them to discuss and plan your journey.

What we collect

Your name, the contact methods you provide (email, WhatsApp, WeChat or phone), message, optional dates and group size, language and selected tour. If a link contains campaign tags, those tags help us understand where an enquiry came from. Please avoid including sensitive medical documents in the form.

How it is used

Enquiries are stored in our operations database and available to authorised operators. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry details. Journey arrangements that require sharing information with a local provider are discussed with you first.

A preference cookie remembers your language. The operations console uses a session cookie for authentication. These support site functions, not advertising tracking.
